Received flowers from Roadrunner on November 20.  Today, November 29, the flowers are as fresh as the day I received them. I emailed my daughter in Paris and told her the flowers are as fresh today as they were when she sent them more than week ago.

This is to thank you for the excellent job you did creating a get well basket for my nephew who was recently burned in an accident.  It is always difficult to know how to cheer up a child in such a traumatic situation, and I was apprehensive about sending something without seeing the end result. I am extremely pleased to tell you that Josh was thrilled with the basket you created. His dad said it was a great selection and came at a time when his brother and sister were visiting, so he was able to share the "abundance" of goodies with them. 

Your reputation for excellence is well deserved and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the job you did. Josh has been moved to rehab for about a month, so I may be using your services again soon for another little "Pick-me-Up".

I'm in Los Angeles and I ordered flowers last week for my grandmother at Chris Ridge. I wanted to call and say thank you. I got your card in the mail and my grandmother received the flowers and she was so thrilled. I tried to get the flowers from another florist on line and it was such a big mess. This is a note I should have sent to you before this, or I should have called you before I left Phoenix. My son in Bloomington, Ind. sent me a floral bouquet thru you people to me then in care of George Wright. I want to tell you the flowers were lovely, and more to tell you that the bouquet lasted at least 10 days. I have given up sending any flowers FTD or whatever, because I have been ashamed when I have seen my floral offerings. I have sent plants for funerals which I attended and were one day away from throw-aways. The blossoms barely held on thru the service. You have almost restored my faith in human nature! Thank you.
