We reserve the right to substitute flowers, containers,

and gift basket contents of equal or greater value.

Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply and cost

of flowers, plants, fruits and greens.

Specific flower varieties or colors may not always be available

or meet our quality standards.

In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fill your

floral, plant, fruit, gift basket or container requirements.

Incomplete or incorrect address or phone number, or subsequent delivery

to different address, will delay delivery, and incur a $10.00 surcharge

A service fee of $12.95 will be added to every order.

A delivery fee will be added according to delivery area.

8.3% Arizona sales tax will be added to every order.

Deliveries out of our delivery area will be made by a member of FTD,

Floral Source or other floral services, USPS, UPS or FedEx.
